This course is ideal for team leaders and anyone who needs to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. Focusing on the core principles of leadership and management, during this course you’ll learn all about the requirements and skills necessary to be a first line manager, as well as developing your confidence in the role. You’ll look at how to solve problems and make decisions, how to manage workplace projects, and how to plan and allocate work as part of this. Time will also be spent understanding customer service standards and how to maintain excellence in this area. You’ll have a choice of units to study, with each route helping you move up to the next level of management in your organisation. You’ll be equipped with a wide range of skills, and earn an internationally recognised qualification.
